Our Mission
Evolve Medical was established with the goal of making quality healthcare more accessible. We provide a weight management program and aesthetic services. Within our weight loss program, patients are treated by an obesity medicine specialist who takes a comprehensive, scientific approach to treating those who suffer from overweight & obesity. Our practice focuses on preventative medicine & takes an individualized approach to help each patient achieve their health & weight goals throughout the states of Florida & Alabama. Our priority is building strong patient-provider relationships.

Kaitlin Graye, APRN, FNP-C
Kaitlin Graye is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, specializing in weight loss management. Kaitlin is a Pensacola native who graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama. She is a member of the Obesity Medicine Association and the Florida Obesity Society.

Shakedia Pope is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Weight Loss Management. She has 13 years of nursing experience that has taught her how to connect with people on a personal level regardless of demographics in a way that establishes trust and increases the success of her patients. She has worked in the hospital and home care settings.


Whitney Cartwright, APRN, FNP-C
Whitney Cartwright is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has over 11 years of experience in the healthcare field. She has been a nurse practitioner for 7 years working in outpatient cardiology. She is extremely passionate about heart health promotion in the community and has a special interest in preventative medicine.
